Erewhon is stepping firmly into the sports world, teaming up with Swiss performance brand On on a multi-year partnership that blends product, community and wellness culture.

Instead of treating sport as a separate lane, the collaboration folds running, recovery and everyday healthy routines into one ecosystem that lives in LA but speaks to a global audience.

Design, color and product details

The partnership launches with a focused run capsule that leans heavily into On’s performance credentials and Erewhon’s premium, organic-first ethos.

The collection is anchored by the Cloudsurfer Max in clean black-and-white, giving runners a max-comfort platform tuned for miles on road, trail and city sidewalks.

That hero shoe sits alongside a tight apparel edit: a Run T-shirt, Performance 2-in-1 Short, Performance Bra, Performance Tight, plus Club Premium T-shirt and Hoodie for post-run and off-day wear.

Visually, the capsule keeps things grounded and calm. Neutral base tones set the foundation, then bright orange accents cut through, echoing Erewhon’s in-store palette and the color of fresh citrus on its shelves.

The result feels considered rather than loud. You get kit that can handle a tempo session in the morning and still look at home in a café line or grocery aisle later in the day.

Community, culture and the Wellness Club

At the heart of this move is the On x Erewhon Wellness Club, a community-led platform that turns Erewhon’s wellness audience into an active run and training community.

Launching in May 2026, the club will host runs, training sessions and recovery-focused events across Los Angeles, using Erewhon locations and the surrounding neighborhoods as hubs.

The idea is simple but sharp: take the people who already treat Erewhon as a daily ritual and give them a structured way to move together. Movement, nutrition and culture sit on equal footing.

A grocery run becomes a warmup, a café meetup becomes a cooldown, and the store becomes a launchpad instead of just an endpoint. This is Erewhon’s entry into the sports ecosystem not through a team or league, but through grassroots, lifestyle-led community building.

Performance meets wellness ritual

To tie performance directly to Erewhon’s core business, the partnership includes a co-branded post-run juice available across all Erewhon locations during launch. The recipe reads like a recovery checklist: mineral-rich golden sea moss and liquid magnesium for replenishment, turmeric for its anti-inflammatory edge, and organic orange juice as a natural source of vitamin C.

Framing this as a “post-run ritual” matters. It moves the collaboration beyond merch and into behavior. Runners can lace up On shoes, log a session with the Wellness Club, then walk into Erewhon for a recovery drink designed specifically for that effort. It is a closed loop of performance and wellness, built into a daily routine that already exists for many LA locals.

Launch timing and access

The On x Erewhon capsule collection debuts May 28, 2026, with global availability through On stores and on.com, while the co-branded juice and Wellness Club bring the most immersive experience to Erewhon’s LA footprint.

By entering sport through a partnership with On, Erewhon positions itself as more than a high-end grocer. It steps into the sports ecosystem as a wellness portal for runners, walkers and everyday athletes who see health as a full-day commitment, not a one-hour block on the calendar.

For the sportswear world, this collaboration shows where the category is heading: performance brands and premium retailers building shared communities, where training plans run alongside shopping lists, and where the most powerful sports partnerships are the ones that actually change how people move through their day.
