Footwear Magazine aims to provide an inclusive reading experience and continues improving this site with WCAG 2.2 Level AA as our reference.

This statement describes our current approach and goals. It is not a claim of formal accessibility certification.

What the site supports

The site uses semantic headings and landmarks, keyboard-accessible navigation, visible focus styles, a skip link, responsive layouts and alternative text for editorial images. It also honors device settings that request reduced motion.

Known limitations

Some stories and media were imported from a legacy archive, so older image descriptions or document structures may not be as complete as newer content. Third-party destinations, including Substack and social platforms, have their own accessibility practices.
