Boot Barn is heading to BLVD Las Vegas as part of a five tenant expansion at the mixeduse Strip development, announced April 16, 2026. The western and workwear retailer joins a property already anchored by PUMA, adidas, JD Sports, and lululemon. In addition, it adds a distinct lifestyle category to the retail lineup.
A strip destination grows
BLVD Las Vegas is a 400,000 square foot mixed use development with over 700 feet of Las Vegas Strip frontage. The property is positioning itself as a broad-format retail and entertainment destination. For example, In-N-Out Burger arrives in Q2 2026 and Netflix House is slated for 2027.
Boot Barn’s place in the mix
Boot Barn will offer western boots, apparel, and accessories from brands including Ariat, Wrangler, and Justin. The retailer targets both country lifestyle consumers and fashion-forward shoppers drawn to western aesthetics. Notably, this category has seen sustained growth in mainstream retail over the past several years.
What else is coming
Boot Barn arrives alongside four other new tenants: Japanese dining concept TENSHOU, lifestyle brand Miniso, eyewear retailer Sunglass Hut, and LA born Silverlake Ramen. Sara Ure, director of marketing and event sales at BLVD, said, “This announcement signals continued momentum for BLVD Las Vegas as we continue to attract a diverse mix of globally recognized brands and beloved local favorites… These additions showcase our commitment to delivering something for every visitor and creating a place where every visit feels like something new.”
A broader retail signal
Boot Barn’s Las Vegas Strip placement reflects the brand’s continued brick and mortar expansion into high traffic, tourism driven retail corridors. For BLVD, landing a specialty lifestyle retailer alongside sportswear giants reinforces its strategy of mixing global brand names with category diverse tenants to drive repeat foot traffic.
