Deckers Brands reported fiscal second-quarter sales of $1.481 billion, up 3.5%, as HOKA and UGG both grew. The October 22 results cover the three months ended September 30, 2026.
In the official release, HOKA sales rose 6.8% to $677.2 million and UGG increased 3.5% to $786.4 million. Wholesale revenue grew 5.5%, while direct-to-consumer sales fell 1.8% and DTC comparable sales declined 6.4%.
Tariff refunds affect the profit comparison
Operating income increased to $389.5 million from $326.5 million. The quarter included $46 million in net tariff refunds, plus $3 million in associated interest. Deckers says the refunds benefited gross and operating margins by approximately 310 basis points and diluted earnings by about $0.28 per share.
International sales increased 9%, while domestic revenue slipped 0.4%. The outlook for fiscal 2027 calls for sales of $5.700 billion to $5.725 billion and diluted earnings of $7.80 to $7.95 per share.
The mix shows two different commercial conditions: the brands continued to grow, but the company’s owned channels were softer. The refund benefit also matters when assessing how much of the profit increase reflects ongoing trading.
