Eric Emanuel and Converse have released the EE x Converse Denim Pack, a two silhouette drop landing April 3 via Eric Emanuel online and in store. The pack will have a wider launch on April 7 through SNKRS and select retailers. The pack builds on last year’s EE x Converse collaboration. This time it applies denim and leather across the Chuck 70 and Weapon Ox.
The Kentucky connection
The Denim Pack ties directly to the 30th anniversary of the 95-96 University of Kentucky Wildcats basketball team, known as “The Untouchables.” This team wore Converse CONS Blue on court during their NCAA Championship run. Converse was the team’s sponsor at the time. Furthermore, the anniversary has anchored several Converse CONS drops this season.
Two silhouettes, one material
The Chuck 70 leads with a patchwork denim upper combining dark and light blue panels, a jumbo EE logo on the lateral side, contrast stitching, and an off white midsole. The Weapon Ox takes a more restrained approach. It folds denim into a cleaner build with co branded tongue labels, license plates, and EE heel detailing.
Access
The pack drops April 3 at ericemanuel.com and EE flagship stores, followed by April 7 on SNKRS and at select retailers. Pricing has not been officially confirmed.
