FILA and Highsnobiety are releasing The Rally Within, an archive-inspired tennis capsule that brings low-profile sneakers together with clothing and accessories. The collaboration partner’s announcement sets the global launch for November 4 at 3 p.m. Central European Time, following app early access on November 3.
The collection draws on FILA’s archive in Biella, Italy, including its 1986 Lawn Tennis line. Highsnobiety designer Sissi Goetze worked with the FILA team on a wardrobe that includes a track jacket and trousers, polos, T-shirts and a canvas tote with a racquet fastener.
The footwear uses nylon and textured suede over a gum-coloured sole. Its low profile carries the tennis reference into an everyday shoe, while the clothing interprets the archive through restrained woven pinstripes and a mix of closer-fitting jackets and looser trousers.
The launch follows the partners’ earlier collaborative tracksuit. This broader capsule extends their work across a complete tennis-influenced wardrobe, using the archive as a starting point for material and proportion changes.
