Life Time raised its full-year revenue outlook after third-quarter revenue increased 14.2% to $893.5 million.

The athletic-club operator’s October 29 announcement covers the period ended September 30. Net income rose 4% to $106.5 million.

Comparable-center revenue increased 8.7%. Average center revenue per membership climbed 12% to $1,016, while center memberships rose 2.2% year over year to 858,747. Life Time attributed revenue growth to membership dues, its membership mix, new and developing centers, and increased use of in-center services.

The company operated 196 centers at quarter-end after opening one during the quarter. It maintained plans to open 14 clubs in 2026: seven had opened by September 30, another opened in October, and six remained planned for the fourth quarter.

Life Time now forecasts annual revenue of $3.38 billion to $3.39 billion, compared with its earlier $3.35 billion to $3.375 billion range. It also raised its comparable-center revenue growth forecast to 8.5%–8.7%, from 7.9%–8.3%. These are management projections, rather than completed results.
