LVMH brought nearly 350 participants together in Paris on November 3 for the third edition of Business of Tomorrow, putting artificial intelligence on the agenda for executives and leaders across its Maisons.
In its company announcement, the group says the gathering included Executive Committee members and Maison CEOs. Stéphane Bianchi, LVMH group managing director, and the digital teams led the event, exploring AI across its six business sectors.
The priorities span customer experience, support for employees and operational improvements. LVMH frames those applications around preserving each house’s creativity, craftsmanship and identity.
That framing captures a central business question for luxury: where can technology improve the work around a product while retaining the distinctions that make a house recognisable? Bringing brand leaders and digital teams into the same discussion places those decisions within the organisation, alongside the creative work customers see.
The event’s imagery makes that agenda explicit, with AI for All and digital journeys appearing on the stage screens.
