SimplySoles is linking holiday shopping with career support through a new Dress for Success partnership. The footwear house behind Patricia Green, Paul Mayer and ByPaige will donate 10% of net proceeds during November 11–24 and December 2–15, according to its November 3 announcement.

The company will also contribute more than 2,000 pairs of professional footwear for women entering or reentering the workforce. That physical donation connects the partnership directly with the role clothing and shoes can play in preparing for employment.

Customers can participate through the Patricia Green, Paul Mayer Attitudes and ByPaige brand websites during the two campaign windows. The pledge is based on net proceeds, with the giving periods separated across the holiday season.

Dress for Success combines professional styling with career-development resources and a support network. The nonprofit says it has served more than 1.5 million women across 130 locations in 18 countries since 1997.

For the Bethesda-based footwear business, the partnership brings its three-brand customer base into a shared campaign. The combination of shopping-linked contributions and donated shoes gives the initiative two distinct ways to support women’s next steps at work.
