Under Armour reported an 11% decline in footwear revenue to $234 million for its second quarter of fiscal 2027. Group revenue fell 7% to $1.2 billion in the quarter ended September 30, 2026.

The company’s November 6 results show pressure across both main sales channels: wholesale revenue declined 6% to $725 million, while direct-to-consumer revenue fell 8% to $494 million. Online sales were down 12%.

Apparel sales fell 6% to $880 million and accessories declined 7% to $105 million. Footwear’s steeper decline places the shoe business at the centre of the quarter’s category-level weakness. Operating income was $15 million, or $25 million on the company’s adjusted basis, and inventory rose 4% to $1.1 billion.

Under Armour still expects a mid-single-digit annual revenue decline and adjusted operating income of $140 million–$160 million. It lowered its expected gross-margin improvement to 170–220 basis points from 220–270, citing higher fuel and freight costs, inventory actions and currency headwinds.
