Crocs raised its full-year revenue outlook after both its namesake brand and HEYDUDE grew in the third quarter, marking a turnaround milestone for the latter.
The company’s October 29 results announcement reported consolidated quarterly revenue of $1.043 billion, up 4.6%. Direct-to-consumer revenue increased 6.9%, compared with 1.8% wholesale growth.
Crocs-brand revenue rose 4.4% to $873 million. International sales increased 11.8%, while North America declined 2.1%, showing that the brand’s expansion was geographically uneven.
HEYDUDE revenue increased 6.1% to $170 million. Its wholesale business grew 14%, while direct-to-consumer sales were nearly flat, up 0.1%. The channel split makes the return to growth more specific than a uniform rebound in consumer demand.
For 2026, management now expects enterprise revenue growth of approximately 3%, compared with its previous 1%–2% range. It expects HEYDUDE revenue to be roughly flat for the year rather than decline.
Adjusted operating margin was 22.3%, versus 20.8% a year earlier. These adjusted figures are non-GAAP measures; the release includes reconciliations to reported results. The outlook remains management’s forecast.
