New Balance has added Baltimore safety Kyle Hamilton to its American Football roster, pairing an athlete signing with a role in footwear development. Announced on November 5, the partnership will see Hamilton wear the Rev iQ performance cleat.
According to the brand’s announcement, Hamilton will help inform future American Football products through its athlete-led development process. His defensive perspective adds another position-specific voice to a roster that includes Josh Allen, Marvin Harrison Jr., Jeremiyah Love, Chase Young and Jalen Milroe.
The relationship also extends into campaigns and community work. New Balance says Hamilton will continue supporting military families and financial literacy education for underserved young people in Atlanta.
The signing connects on-field equipment with the wider business of athlete partnerships: product feedback, visibility and community presence sit within the same agreement.
