On has opened its first store in Austria at Neubaugasse 20 in Vienna, adding an owned retail location in the city’s 7th district. The 230 square meter store presents the brand’s footwear, apparel and accessories in a space built to connect with the local running community.

The interior combines a full shoe wall with apparel fixtures, metal display tables and seating. Teal surfaces, wood paneling and a dark storefront reference the design cues outlined by On, which include Jugendstil colors, Otto Wagner facades and the weathered copper found across Vienna’s rooftops.
For On, the store extends its direct retail presence into a new European market while giving the company room to carry its head to toe offer in one location. The community focus places local runners alongside the product assortment rather than treating the store as a footwear only door.
