Indonesian halal beauty brand Wardah has named Emirati racing driver Amna Al Qubaisi as its new global face for 2026, pairing a trailblazing motorsport career with a product launch built around performance and precision.

Who is Amna Al Qubaisi

Al Qubaisi, 23, is the first Arab woman to win a single seater race internationally, claiming that landmark at Yas Marina during the 2019 Abu Dhabi GP weekend. She progressed through Italian F4, Formula Regional Asia, F4 Saudi Arabia, and F1 Academy, where she scored two wins in 2023, before transitioning to GT racing via the Ligier European Series in 2025 and earning three podiums.

For 2026, she is competing in the Porsche Carrera Cup Asia Pro class with Team Jebsen, making history as the first female driver in that category. Her selection into the Porsche AG Talent Pool Asia in November 2025 made her the first Arab and first female entrant in the program.

A Wardah Powered Racing Season

Wardah is not only Al Qubaisi’s global face partner but also her title sponsor on track in the Porsche Carrera Cup Asia, placing the brand’s identity on a car competing at Shanghai, Zhuhai, Fuji Speedway, Bangsaen, Sepang, and Marina Bay Street Circuit across 2026. That dual role as face of the brand and livery sponsor is a relatively rare structure in beauty marketing, and marks a significant step in how Wardah is positioning itself beyond its core Southeast Asian markets.

StayLock Product Tie in

The partnership has a direct product hook: Wardah is tying Al Qubaisi to the launch of its new StayLock lip product on April 10, 2026, framed around the idea of high performance wear for women who “demand something strong on every intense activity.” The messaging draws a deliberate line between on track discipline and beauty precision, using Al Qubaisi’s profile to shift StayLock into an active, performance coded space.

Why it matters

For Wardah, Indonesia’s largest halal certified cosmetics brand, the appointment of a Muslim Arab female racing driver as global face is a culturally resonant choice that speaks directly to the brand’s values and its growing ambitions in the Middle East and global Muslim consumer markets. For Al Qubaisi, the message is straightforward: “Whatever path you choose, keep going. Make it yours.”
