    1. Start by washing your feet daily with a gentle soap and lukewarm water to remove dirt and bacteria. Pay extra attention to the spaces between your toes, where moisture can accumulate and lead to fungal infections.
    2. Incorporate regular exfoliation into your routine to remove dead skin cells and keep your feet smooth. Use a foot scrub or a foot file when the skin is dry (prior to bathing) to gently exfoliate rough areas, focusing on the heels and balls of your feet.

    8. Treat your feet to a relaxing foot soak once a week to soothe tired muscles and improve circulation. You can use warm water with Epsom salts or add essential oils like lavender or peppermint for added relaxation and benefits.
    9. Don’t forget to apply sunscreen to your feet, especially if they’re exposed to the sun. Use a broad-spectrum sunscreen with an SPF of 30 or higher to protect against sunburn and premature aging.

    And remember healthy feet, healthy body, healthy mind.
