LOEWE will release a special collection inspired by Disney Tim Burton’s The Nightmare Before Christmas on November 12. The house is drawing on the film’s original sketches and puppets, bringing Jack Skellington, Sally and Zero into a collection centred on its craft.
In its collection announcement, LOEWE places the making process at the centre of the story. Burton’s hand-drawn work becomes the starting point: sketches are developed into three-dimensional forms, then animated frame by frame. The collection translates characters and scenes from those archives through the house’s own craftsmanship.
The accompanying imagery brings that process into view, moving between hands at a drawing desk, character studies and watercolour materials. Rather than presenting the film only through its finished characters, the announcement foregrounds the drawings and physical work behind its stop-motion world.
