In a recent collaboration Metro Shoes, one of India’s leading footwear brands, has joined forces with renowned designers Paras and Shalini of Geisha Designs. The partnership has resulted in the creation of an exquisite collection named ‘Maristella’, a name derived from Latin and Italian words meaning ‘of the sea’ and ‘star’ respectively.

For men, the collection offers stylish moccasins, loafers, and ethnic slip-ons in classic colors. The Maristella collection is available across all Metro stores and online, starting at a price point of Rs 2,600. Metro Brands, which opened its first store under the Metro brand in Mumbai in 1955, has since evolved into a one-stop shop for all footwear needs. As of June 30, 2023, the company operated 766 stores across 182 cities spread across 31 states and union territories in India.
