Nike’s big-kids’ Y sizes use the same US number as the corresponding men’s size in its chart. For example, 6Y maps to men’s US 6.

Using the converter
Select the Y size from the label on the Nike shoe, then choose Convert size. This tool covers the original 3.5Y–7Y range. It does not convert C sizes for smaller children.
The same number does not guarantee that adult and children’s shoes have the same construction, width or feel. An equivalent size on the chart may not be available in the adult model you want.
Check the shoe’s measurements
Use Nike’s current foot-measurement instructions for the shoe you are considering. Nike distinguishes the CM/JP label from its measured foot-length column. Check the product’s width and fit notes as well as the converted US size.
