Salomon will become an IRONMAN Global Premier Partner from 2027 through 2031 under a five-year agreement announced in Nice on September 11. The deal also makes the brand title partner of the IRONMAN World Championship in Kona, Hawaiʻi, for the partnership’s duration.
The agreement gives Salomon exclusive rights across performance footwear, apparel and technical bags within the IRONMAN ecosystem. It also includes title or presenting roles at selected events and naming rights for the run course at IRONMAN- and IRONMAN 70.3-owned races.
Salomon plans to develop footwear and apparel for middle- and long-distance triathlon. Athletes Marjolaine Pierré, Julie Iemmolo and Casper Stornes will contribute training and racing insights, while selected events will offer opportunities to try the brand’s products.
The first activation comes ahead of the formal partnership: a pop-up at Kona Heaven on October 7–8, 2026. Salomon says visitors will be able to meet product experts and endurance athletes Courtney Dauwalter and Jessie Diggins.
