Erne + Ace, the New York City based pickleball apparel brand founded by Farah Liem, dropped its Pre Served 2026 collection in February 2026, a limited pre-season capsule bridging the brand’s Fall 2025 debut and its full Spring 2026 line. The collection launched with a Valentine’s Day court social in New York City and marks the brand’s second drop since its August 2025 debut on National Pickleball Day at East Hampton Clubhouse.
The Pre Season Drop Model
Pre Served 2026 follows the brand’s established pattern of community first launches tied to events and social occasions. The capsule includes the Power Mesh LBD, the E+A Logo Band Sports Bra and Legging set, and the Signature Crest Hoodie, pieces designed to perform on cold-weather courts while transitioning to off court wear. The mix and match approach across the range is intentional, giving players modular styling options rather than fixed looks.
Court to Street Positioning
Liem founded Erne + Ace out of Maison Pickleball Club, her earlier community focused project, and has built the brand around a New York City aesthetic applied to performance apparel. All pieces are produced in New York City. The brand’s positioning sits between technical activewear and streetwear, a space that has expanded rapidly as pickleball has moved from recreational pastime to mainstream sport with a growing fashion dimension.
A Market with Momentum
U.S. pickleball participation reached an estimated 13.6 million players in 2024, according to the Sports and Fitness Industry Association, making it the country’s fastest growing sport for the third consecutive year. That growth has pulled fashion brands and independent labels into a category that was previously dominated by general tennis and racket sport apparel. Erne + Ace is among a small group of labels building directly for pickleball players who treat the sport as part of a broader lifestyle identity rather than a purely athletic pursuit.
