Fabletics is stepping into denim for the first time, treating jeans as the next logical chapter of its all day active wardrobe after years of members asking for something to wear beyond leggings.

From leggings to lifestyle denim

The move into denim comes as athleisure growth cools and consumers look for casual pieces that still feel as easy as performance wear. Fabletics frames the launch as a category expansion, not a pivot, positioning denim as part of the same comfort first, membership driven ecosystem it’s built around activewear and scrubs.

Built off member demand

That member first framing fits a business where around 95% of revenue already comes from subscribers, giving Fabletics a built-in audience to test new categories at scale., a signal strong enough to justify two years of development before this debut collection. Kelli Dugan, Chief Merchandising & Design Officer, Fabletics, said, “More than 1 million of our VIP members told us they wanted denim from Fabletics, and with this collection, we’ve made very intentional decisions surrounding fit, silhouette, fabric and style to deliver exactly what they know and love about Fabletics, reimagined in classic denim.”

Fits, washes and details

The first drop spans 11 styles and seven washes for women and men, all built around three levels of stretch and three inseam lengths to keep sizing simple but flexible. Women’s options include three high rise fits, a mid rise baggy jean, a denim mini skirt and a relaxed jacket, while the men’s range offers slim, straight and two baggy fits plus a trucker jacket, all fine tuned with input from denim specialist Benjamin Talley Smith on pockets, washes and hardware.

Pricing and access

The denim line follows Fabletics usual membership model: $79.95 to $119.95 for VIPs and $109.95 to $174.95 for non members, putting it squarely in the premium mass bracket. The collection goes live March 12, 2026 online and in select stores, with the brand leaning on its largely member based revenue (about 95% of sales) to drive initial adoption.

What it signals in the denim-athleisure crossover

Fabletics denim move fits a broader pattern of performance and athleisure brands chasing everyday categories as pure gymwear buying slows and office dress codes settle somewhere between tailored and relaxed. For denim, it introduces a player fluent in fit, stretch and size inclusivity, leaning into the emerging denim athleisure space where jeans are expected to feel as forgiving as joggers while still reading polished in meetings and social settings. If members respond, expect denim to sit alongside leggings and scrubs as a core pillar in Fabletics attempt to own more of the week, and more of the closet, without abandoning its comfort first DNA.
