New Colored Winter Code Kappa’s US Ski Collection

Kappa is writing a new visual language for performance outerwear with its latest US Ski Collection, a capsule developed with the U.S. Ski & Snowboard Team that treats color as attitude and design as a graphic statement on snow.

A new winter code with Team USA

Under the banner “Color as attitude, design as statement,” the US Ski Collection invites skiers to “hit the slopes alongside the US Ski & Snowboard Team,” pairing technical performance with bold, Team USA graphics. The line includes winter jackets, sporty sweatshirts, and snow accessories for men, women, and kids, built with warm, waterproof, and breathable materials to keep wearers protected without sacrificing freedom of movement.

Pieces are designed as everyday translations of the kits worn by the national teams, giving fans and recreational skiers a way to channel the look and feel of professional racing gear in more versatile silhouettes.

The Kappa x U.S. Ski & Snowboard partnership

The collection sits within a long-term partnership that began in 2022, when Kappa signed on as Official Technical Apparel Partner of the U.S. Ski Team, U.S. Freeski Team, and U.S. Snowboard Team—the first time a single outerwear and race-suit provider has outfitted all U.S. teams. Under the agreement, Kappa supplies outerwear, speed, and race suits for all teams from the 2022–23 season through 2032, and will outfit U.S. athletes at the 2026 Olympic Winter Games in Italy and the 2030 Games.

Drawing on decades of ski experience, Kappa’s Ski Collection 2025/26 blends “cutting-edge innovation with Italian craftsmanship,” emphasizing garments that combine functionality, comfort, and a distinctive sense of style. Jackets and pants in the US Ski Collection are built with insulated, breathable membranes and ergonomic cuts tailored to alpine and freeski movements, while details like taped seams, adjustable hood,s and snow skirts provide serious weather protection.
