Crocs has opened its first full price store in the UK at Westfield Stratford City in East London, marking a new phase in the brand’s international brick and mortar push and its 2026 retail strategy.

First Full Price Store in the UK

The new 1,500 square foot Stratford City location is Crocs first mainline store in the UK after years of operating via wholesale, e commerce and outlet formats. The space carries the brand’s full assortment for adults and kids, from Classic Clogs, sandals, and slides to seasonal launches, collaborations, and Jibbitz charms.

Visual merchandising leans on illuminated product walls, bold color blocking, and dedicated personalisation areas, designed to spotlight both year round icons and new colorways. It mirrors Crocs newer global concepts, which treat stores as brand stages rather than simple stock rooms.

Part of a wider UK Build Out

The full price Stratford opening lands alongside a new outlet signing at Caledonia Park in Scotland, underscoring a two track UK strategy that covers both value driven outlets and flagship style locations. Caledonia Park’s store, due to open in April, focuses on core and seasonal ranges with a strong Jibbitz offer, reinforcing Crocs’ presence in designer outlet environments.

Together, the two sites deepen the brand’s physical coverage beyond existing shop in shops and multi brand partners, giving Crocs more direct control over assortment, storytelling and in store experience in key UK destinations.

Strategic Intent from EMEA Leadership

Adrian Holloway, senior vice president and general manager of EMEA at Crocs, said, “We are delighted to open our first UK mainline Crocs store in one of Europe’s most popular shopping locations”. He said, “Opening our first full price Crocs store in the UK marks the latest phase of our 2026 retail strategy aimed at scaling the brand in the most strategically important European markets.”

That language points to more full price doors to come in markets where Crocs already sees strong brand recognition and digital demand. Physical stores allow the company to showcase collaborations, seasonal capsules and personalisation at a level that is difficult to replicate purely online or through wholesale.

Why this Matters for Retail

Crocs move fits a broader pattern of footwear brands upgrading from wholesale led distribution to a mix of DTC flagships, outlets and digital, especially in Europe’s biggest cities. With clogs and molded silhouettes still in rotation across fashion and everyday wear, a high visibility Stratford City presence helps Crocs defend and grow its position as competitors and private label players lean into similar shapes.

The Stratford store offers a complete expression of the brand in one place, from core pairs to the latest collaborations and Jibbitz stories. For the industry, it is another signal that even in a slower, promotion heavy market, brands with differentiated products are still investing in full price retail as a long term equity and experience play.
