The flagship at 700 Madison Avenue replaces John Lobb’s earlier New York address with a larger, more immersive environment for ready to wear, bespoke and made to order shoes. Walnut wood, metal fixtures, and lounge style seating frame the footwear as design objects, turning the store into a calm setting for fittings and consultations.

Inside, the Care and Repair bar brings the brand’s long standing restoration ethos onto the shop floor, giving New York clients direct access to in house expertise on resoling, refinishing and maintenance. It positions service as part of the luxury experience, reinforcing the idea that a pair of John Lobbs is meant to be repaired and kept in rotation for years rather than replaced.
