Lululemon has officially released its fifth annual Impact Report, offering a comprehensive overview of the company’s FY24 progress across its social and environmental commitments. The report outlines key milestones achieved over the past year, highlights areas where incremental progress is underway, and sets the stage for the company’s next chapter of impact work.
In tandem with the report, Lululemon also introduced its Impact Agenda 2030, a renewed, future-focused strategy designed to guide the brand’s sustainability and social responsibility efforts throughout the decade ahead. This refreshed approach builds on learnings from the original Impact Agenda launched in 2020, incorporating insights gathered throughout FY24.
A Year of Progress, Partnership, and Organizational Learning
Reflecting on the company’s impact journey, Noel Kinder, Senior Vice President of Sustainability, underscored the importance of collaboration and continuous improvement:

Global Parenthood + Family-Forming Benefits
- Lululemon expanded family-forming and parenthood benefits worldwide and maintained global pay equity.
Inclusion & Learning Culture
- The company continued investing in its Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, and Action (IDEA) programs, offering expanded training and ongoing learning pathways for employees.
Social Impact Partnerships
- Lululemon partnered with more than 160 social impact organizations, reaching 10 million people with wellbeing tools and resources through lululemon Gives (formerly the Centre for Social Impact).
Impact Progress: Planet & Materials Innovation
Preferred Materials Progress
- Lululemon nearly doubled the percentage of products made with at least 25% preferred materials between 2020 and 2024, achieving its recycled polyester target ahead of schedule.

New Renewable Energy Target
Lululemon introduced a new goal:
50% of electricity consumed by core Tier 1 & Tier 2 suppliers will come from renewable sources by 2030.
To support this transition, Lululemon also sponsors the Clean Energy Procurement Academy via the Clean Energy Buyers Association, helping suppliers undergo renewable energy training.
