Nike and Palace Skateboards have unveiled Manor Place, a landmark community space at 33 Manor Place, built in 1895 and now completely reimagined as a hub for movement, connection, and creative energy.
Open to all six days a week and always free, Manor Place blends world-class sport infrastructure, streetwear style, and artistic spirit to inspire the next wave of skaters, footballers, and local creatives.
The venue’s core is organized into three vibrant zones: The Park and The Cage, The Front Room, and The Residency.
- The Park and The Cage: A double-height concrete skatepark referencing Southbank, Stockwell, and the famed Victoria Benches sits above a football cage that rises for three-on-three tournaments, jams, and open play.
Palace Co-Founder Lev Tanju says, “We had an idea of creating a large space for the community that would be about skateboarding and sport, and a space you could generally hang out in. We want Manor Place to be something positive for London a city that has given us so much and we’re really excited to give something back.” - The Front Room: Showcases works from emerging and established London artists, and is also a flexible program space for workshops, talks, and retail exclusives.
- The Residency: Offers six studio spaces to emerging creatives every nine months free of charge, empowering the next generation to experiment, create, and exhibit for the neighborhood.
Manor Place is more than a brand activation: it’s a lasting footprint designed to spark movement and expression for years to come.
Palace co-founder Gareth Skewis says, “Lev and I wanted to try and create something new, something that’s really community based. I want Manor Place to be somewhere safe and friendly where people can skate, play football and discover new things all just down the road from where Palace was founded.”.
This approach, centered on access, mentorship, and bringing together football and skate, sets a new template for creative public spaces.
Marking the partnership’s launch, Nike and Palace introduce the P90 collection an apparel and footwear range inspired by early 2000s football styles, now elevated with Palace’s edgy graphics and Nike’s sports heritage.
Highlights include shell suits, jerseys, trainers, signature hoodies, shorts, and T-shirts featuring the Palace Tri-Ferg and Swoosh logos.
The P90 collection drops globally October 31 at Palace and SNKRS, with Manor Place’s public opening on November 11 set to anchor both brands’ continued work together.
With its layered skatepark and football cage, exhibition space, and creator residency programs, Manor Place is more than a destination it’s a new movement for London’s creative youth.
Nike and Palace have created a platform where heritage meets hype, and where sport, style, and self-expression shape the future.
