Rokt and Oracle Red Bull Racing Launch First-Ever All-Female Team in British F4 Esports

Oracle Red Bull Racing and Rokt have announced the first-ever all-female team to compete in the Motorsport UK British F4 Esports Championship and UK FF1600 Esports Cup this September, marking a major milestone for diversity and inclusion in sim racing.

Breaking Barriers: Talent, Trials, and Team Selection

The new Rokt Red Bull Racing Esports Team was chosen after rigorous trials on the iRacing platform, which attracted some of the world’s top female sim racers. Six drivers cut, including star talents from Rokt the Rig, a ground-breaking initiative that identifies and develops women in esports and motorsport using the EA Sports F1 game.

The team lineup includes:

  • Paige Daughenbaugh (United States)

  • Annemarie DePasquale (United States)

  • Rebecca Morrell (United Kingdom)

  • Diana Perez (Spain)

  • Mia Rose (Australia)

  • Bel Wells (United States)

Before their debut, these trailblazers completed an intensive Red Bull Technology Campus bootcamp in Milton Keynes, featuring a bespoke gym session and expert coaching from two-time iRacing World Champion Sebastian Job.

Rokt the Rig & Red Bull Racing: Creating Opportunities

As explained by Julia George, Director of Partnerships at Red Bull Technology Group, “The aim of the Rokt the Rig programme is to provide female esports talent with the opportunity to develop and hone their skills in a professional, competitive setting. We’re incredibly proud to be partnering with Rokt to give wings to this group of talented women.”

Rokt’s Chief Commercial Officer, Elizabeth Buchanan, emphasized, “Inclusion fuels performance, and this all-female team shows what’s possible when opportunity meets talent. Through initiatives like Rokt the Rig and our F4 Esports team, we’re creating clear pathways for women to compete and thrive at the highest levels.”

Impactful Partnerships: Diversity Across Motorsport

Rokt is a major partner not only for Oracle Red Bull Racing Formula One Team, but also for Oracle Red Bull Sim Racing, and the Red Bull Racing Pepe Jeans Academy Programme for F1 Academy. Their collaboration has driven several initiatives to improve diversity in both motorsports and STEM, including:

  • The Rokt the Rig female talent development initiative

  • The co-creation of “Driven Beyond Limits,” a video series showcasing female engineers in Red Bull’s elite teams.
