A new era in group fitness kicks off in Manhattan as The Pack blends high-energy endurance and real-world self-defense in a format unlike anything else in the boutique space.
Star Power and Functional Philosophy
Super Bowl Champion Russell Wilson and Grammy-winning artist Ciara have joined Rumble Boxing co-founders Noah Neiman and Andy Stenzler to debut The Pack—a fitness experience that goes far beyond the basics. Located at 49 W 23rd Street in the Flatiron/Chelsea area, The Pack is designed as a 50-minute, station-based group workout, branded “Street Defense,” that equips participants with both fitness and practical self-defense tools.
The studio layout features three core zones: TECHNOGYM benches for resistance training, Rogue Assault Bikes for cardio, and Body Opponent Bags (BOBs) for realistic self-defense striking. The Cerberus-inspired logo carries major attitude, while the studio’s immersive soundtrack and high-energy instructors ensure each class feels powerful, gritty, and inclusive.
Founders’ Vision: Empowerment, Skill, and Fun
Noah Neiman, Co-Founder, said:
“The Pack is the evolution of everything I’ve built in fitness. From helping shape the brand as Master Trainer at Barry’s, to changing the game as Founder of Rumble – every step led here. This isn’t just another workout. It’s the next chapter of a story I’ve been telling for over a decade at the forefront of group fitness in NYC.”
Neiman stresses that The Pack is not about sterile, purely transactional workouts—but building a space for confidence, authenticity, and community.
Russell Wilson, Super Bowl Champion and Founding Partner, said:
“Ciara and I are so excited to join Andy and Noah as Co-Founders of The Pack. I connect to the name through my NC State roots and what really excites me is the confidence these classes inspire. It’s a bad ass, tough, gritty, all-out experience that builds not only strength and stamina, but also self-defense skills. Looking forward to seeing you at class in NYC soon!”
Ciara emphasizes the empowerment aspect, sharing that The Pack stands for more than fitness: “This is about empowerment, skill development, and confidence. The Pack is a tough, all-out experience that prepares you physically and mentally.”
What Members Can Expect: Experience and Pricing
Each class rotates members through strength drills, cardio intervals, and realistic defense scenarios on BOBs—all tracked by skilled coaches and driven by a Grammy-level music experience courtesy of Ciara’s influence. Unlike classic dojos, the setting is sleek, playful, and designed for high engagement—as much about community as about competition.
Memberships start with an intro offer of three classes for $75 (valid 30 days), then tiered plans from $290–$460/month for eight, twelve, or sixteen classes, making per-class pricing competitive for New York’s top studios.
Designed for the New York Fitness Community
The Pack’s Cerberus logo and immersive environment create a “tribe” feel, while results-driven programming puts an equal focus on real-world self-defense and elite conditioning—a rarity in the boutique world. Branded apparel and special class launches are also in the works.
