This unique collaboration is a celebration of cultural roots, intentional nourishment, and the refreshing, mineral-forward taste of the French Alps, delivered through iconic Evian Still and Sparkling waters.

Chef Daniel Boulud’s menu artfully draws on Frances Tiafoe’s Sierra Leone heritage and childhood favorites, reimagining family recipes and personal rituals through a Michelin-worthy lens.

    Inspired by Tiafoe’s beloved peanut butter stew, this dish features roasted chicken & pepper stew, crunchy peanuts, basmati rice, and greens, a nourishing, vibrant main that pays homage to West African flavors.

    Cookies & Cream Cheesecake and Macarons
    For dessert, Boulud delivers a playful, artfully plated fusion of cookies and cream cheesecake and classic French macarons, capturing both Tiafoe’s energy and a nod to the court’s playfulness.

    Big Foe Fizz (Mocktail)
    This original mocktail, named for Tiafoe’s nickname, melds strong-brewed Assam tea, peppercorns, vanilla, and fresh lemon, shaken over ice and topped with evian Sparkling, delivering a vibrant, effervescent finish. The drink riffs on a whiskey sour but remains alcohol-free, making it perfect for athletes, adults, and juniors alike.

Each course is designed to pair seamlessly with evian Still or Sparkling, chosen for their balanced mineral composition that elevates flavors without overpowering them.

How to Experience the Collaboration: Onsite & Nationwide

From September 3–7, during the US Open Semifinals and Finals Weekend, guests can reserve a seat at Chef Daniel Boulud’s flagship Michelin-starred restaurant, DANIEL, for the evian Club at Restaurant DANIEL. The experience brings a courtside-inspired ambiance, passed canapés, tennis-themed desserts, and live match streaming in one of New York’s most iconic fine-dining settings.
