Golden Goose Group, the Italian luxury sneaker brand, reported strong results for the first nine months ended September 30, 2025. The company delivered a 7 percent increase in adjusted operating earnings, supported by a 13 percent rise in total revenues, with growth accelerating significantly in the direct-to-consumer (DTC) channel during the third quarter. This performance underscores Golden Goose’s resilience and its expanding global brand momentum across key regions.

Strong Financial Momentum Through 9M 2025

Golden Goose’s top-line performance remained robust, fueled by double-digit gains across all major markets. Net revenues reached €517.1 million, marking a 13 percent increase compared to the same period in 2024. The company’s DTC channel stood out as the primary growth engine, rising 21 percent year-on-year and now accounting for 79 percent of total net revenues, up from 74 percent in 2024. This shift reflects the strategic expansion of Golden Goose’s retail footprint and consistent double-digit like-for-like performance across regions.

Geographically, growth remained well-balanced. EMEA and APAC both advanced 15 percent year-over-year, while the Americas posted a 10 percent increase, demonstrating broad-based demand for the brand. Adjusted EBITDA climbed to €173.6 million, up 7 percent YoY, with a margin of 33.6 percent. Margin expansion in the third quarter highlighted operational efficiency and disciplined cost management. As of September 30, the company maintained a solid cash position of €92 million and a net leverage ratio of 2.7×, reinforcing its strong financial foundation.

DTC Strategy Continues to Power Growth

Golden Goose’s DTC business remained the centerpiece of its global strategy. The channel grew 21 percent compared to the prior year, with EMEA leading at 24 percent growth, followed closely by 18 percent increases in both the Americas and APAC. This momentum reflects the company’s ability to attract high-intent consumers directly, strengthen brand loyalty, and elevate the overall customer experience.

Expanding the Global Store Network

The company continued to broaden its global retail footprint, ending the period with 227 Directly Operated Stores (DOS) worldwide. Since FY 2024, Golden Goose has added 12 net new openings, including strategic locations such as Haus Tokyo, Chengdu, Hyundai Jungdong, Mumbai, Singapore Paragon, Manila, Ibiza, Paraggi, Venice Airport, Milan, and Dubai Kids. These new stores support the brand’s long-term expansion strategy and increase visibility in high-growth markets.

Iconic Product Launches and Cultural Activations

Golden Goose also delivered several high-impact launches and cultural initiatives throughout 2025. The brand opened the Golden Goose Arena in Milan’s CityLife district, a standout space featuring nine padel courts and immersive community facilities. Additionally, the brand spotlighted its iconic Super-Star sneaker in a campaign starring Jane Fonda and Wimbledon finalist Jasmine Paolini, reinforcing its crossover appeal across fashion, sport, and entertainment.

Golden Goose expanded its sponsorship roster as well, adding athletes including tennis players Jasmine Paolini and Zizou Bergs, and padel stars Marta Ortega and Juan Lebrón. These partnerships strengthen the brand’s connection to performance culture and elevate its global presence.

Driving Sustainability and ESG Excellence

Sustainability remained a major pillar of Golden Goose’s strategy. The company earned LEED Gold certification for its Rome Fiumicino Airport T1 store and maintained its leadership position in the global Footwear sector for the second straight year, ranking No. 1 in the category and No. 5 among 187 companies in the global Textiles & Apparel industry in the Sustainalytics 2025 ESG Rating. Golden Goose was also included in the Top-Rated Companies list for its sector.

Furthermore, the company expanded the Gender Equality European & International Standard Certification (GEEIS) across its headquarters and stores in EMEA, the Americas, APAC, and Korea, reinforcing its commitment to equitable workplace practices.

CEO Statement Highlights Strength and Forward Vision

Reflecting on the results, CEO Silvio Campara celebrated the company’s momentum sharing, “Golden Goose has had another strong quarter of double-digit growth across all our regions, demonstrating the resilience of our business model and the global resonance of our brand. Driven by yet another step-change in DTC, we’ve delivered another quarter of uninterrupted, profitable growth.”
