Applebee’s is firing up football season as the Official Grill + Bar Sponsor of the NFL with a crave-worthy new menu addition—the Ultimate Trio. Starting now, fans can build their appetizer sampler packed with flavor options—plus enjoy bold NFL drink specials, new ‘Dirty Fountain Sodas,’ and the return of Coach Dan Campbell in a playful new ad campaign alongside NFL up-and-comers.
Mix & Match: The Ultimate Trio
Football fans and foodies can celebrate the return of the NFL with the Ultimate Trio: a customizable $14.99 platter that lets guests select three appetizers from a lineup of 10, and pair them with three out of 10 sauces—available for dine-in, To Go, or delivery. With an incredible 81,600 possible combos, the Ultimate Trio puts the power of snack-time choice in your hands.
Appetizers include: Boneless Wings, Mozzarella Sticks, Chicken Quesadilla, Crunchy Onion Rings, Chicken Wonton Tacos, Brew Pub Pretzels, Applebee’s Riblets, Double Crunch Shrimp, Waffle Fries, and Classic Fries.
Sauce options: Classic Buffalo, Honey BBQ, Sweet Asian Chile, House-Made Ranch, Bleu Cheese, Honey Dijon Mustard, Marinara, Chipotle Lime Salsa, Cocktail Sauce, and Blue Moon White Cheddar Beer Cheese.

Applebee’s is also rolling out limited-time NFL Sips, two new $6 Mucho cocktails to pair with your favorites—with the option to “make it a ‘rita” using a $3 Don Julio Vibe Drop with Don Julio Reposado.
- Juicy Sweep Sangria: A fruity blend of Barefoot Moscato, Smirnoff Vodka, mango, orange, and pineapple juices.
- Rummin’ Back Daq: A daiquiri with Captain Morgan Spiced Rum, triple sec, strawberry, and lime.
For non-drinkers, the all-new Dirty Fountain Sodas let fans “dirty” up their fountain drink for $1 more:
- Cherry Charmed Pepsi: Pepsi with grenadine, whipped cream, and a cherry.
- Passion Blue Dew: Mountain Dew Dark Berry Bash plus passion fruit, creamy swirl, whipped cream, and a cherry.
- Mango Dream Dew: Mountain Dew blended with mango, creamy swirl, whipped cream, and a cherry.
